Key areas of responsibility Market analysis: Work with reports and external analytical information, design necessary changes and identify opportunities for growth (market, segments, competitors, consumer) Development and implementation of brand plans: Develop brand plans, necessary investments and expected results from their activations. Implement approved plans together with the brand team and related functions Portfolio expansion/optimization: Consolidate the team to expand or optimize the portfolio as needed Team development Motivate and inspire both at team level and company-wide, develop the team that manages Who we want find? You are willing to learn and adapt. You have current military records in order. Standard requirements for this position: Fluency in Ukrainian, English at least at an intermediate level. Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business administration or related fields. Thorough understanding of marketing principles, tools and strategies. Familiarity with CPG/FMCG market trends, consumer behavior (we prefer those who are familiar with alcohol trends) Experience in marketing for at least 3 years. Previous CPG/FMCG industry experience, especially alcoholic beverages, is a plus.Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans.Certifications in project management methodologies such as waterfall or agile are a plus.
