Requirements: Higher education in the field of marketing, economics and management. Work experience in the field project management, administration or coordination roles. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with MS Office and other project management tools. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to rapidly changing environments. A1/A2 English language skills will be a plus. Willingness to learn - nothing without it. Responsibilities: Coordination of the Work of Product Teams: Ensuring effective interaction between different departments (production, marketing, sales, research and development) to ensure the smooth flow of projects. Project Management: Track project progress, schedules, and budgets. Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality of work. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, technical specifications and other important documents. Product testing and formalization of conclusions: Organization of test experiments, analysis of results and dissemination of information among production teams. Consumer Packaging Design: Coordinating the design and production of consumer packaging, including labels and containers. Support interaction with designers and printers to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Collaboration with External Suppliers: Interacting with suppliers and partners to coordinate orders, deliveries and other aspects of the supply chain. Organization of work teams: Planning, coordination of meetings and other activities related to teams and products.
