About role

As a Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a company dedicated to supporting impact-driven businesses, aligning your efforts with meaningful change. You’ll be the first marketing employee, allowing you to shape and build the marketing function from the ground up, significantly influencing the company’s future. You’ll have the chance to grow into the Head of Marketing (HoM) role, lead the team, and build connections with top US founders and investors through the A-Players community. Engage in diverse marketing activities, take ownership of initiatives, and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for branding, PR, social media content, performance marketing, case studies, webinars, and in-person events with specific planned outcomes.
  • Review and drive first-priority fixes for brand materials and case studies.
  • Create and execute a content plan using available resources.
  • Set up and manage paid marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities to enhance progress.
  • Perform digital marketing tasks including SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
  • Maintain and adapt the website to meet current needs and trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.

Execution:

  • Build and implement marketing strategies across all mentioned areas.
  • Drive execution of content plans and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute event plans.
  • Review and optimize case studies and brand materials.
  • Ensure coordination of marketing activities with sales efforts.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • 3+ years in general marketing with a focus on content.
  • Extreme sense of ownership and a leadership personality.
  • Highly proactive and ambitious.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal in English and Ukrainian).
  • Experience with the US market.
  • Background in tech companies or digital agencies.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).

Nice-to-have:

  • Leadership experience.
  • Startup experience.
