Bubibo — pet-tech startup is looking for a Marketing Manager for promoting the Bubibo brand together with the team to a new level.

Our goal is to revolutionize the field of pet-care in Ukraine and to enter Western markets with our product. To do this, we are creating an ecosystem of digital services for pet owners and professionals in the field of pet care (veterinarians, groomers, dog trainers, etc.). We are sure that high-quality and affordable digital services will help pet owners better understand their pets, make routine care easier, and make pets live long and happy lives.

• implementation, control and analysis of marketing activities, brand integrations, events and collaborations aimed at achieving business goals;
• control of the contractor on cooperation with influencers and search and establishment of cooperation with micro-influencers;
• finding and implementing additional activities to increase brand awareness;
• creation and production of marketing materials for brand promotion in online and offline channels (digital banners, souvenir products, POS and other promotional materials);
• work with contractors (search, briefing, selection, cost optimization, document management);
• close communication with designers, SMM manager and content team.

We expect the ideal candidate to:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar or compatible position
• Has good organizational skills and is able to meet requirements and deadlines
• Creative thinking to produce ideas and proactive to implement them
• Knows how to create communication that works
• Excellent at making presentations and has experience in creating marketing materials
• Interested in pets, and ideally owns one
• Has excellent written Ukrainian language, and English from B2
