PAXLE is an international group of ADTech manufacturing companies. We offer business solutions for effective marketing. We are looking for a Junior/Middle Marketing Manager to work on some projects in the holding. We work in Performance Marketing with dating, sweepstakes, and gambling. Responsibilities:

— Administration of projects in the holding;

— Analysis of competitors, market research, and implementation of new ideas for our projects.

— Building a marketing strategy for an affiliate network;

— SMM;

— Implementation of a set of key brand performance indicators: recognition, attention, trust;

— Writing a communication plan for short-term and long-term activities;

— Setting tasks for a copywriter, designer, targetologist;

— Planning and carrying out promotions;

— Organization of partner events;

— Promotion of the company brand;

— Implement new ideas in the development of Brand attributes;

— Drawing up, implementation, and control of marketing plans and budgets.

Requirements:

— At least 0,5 years of experience in a similar position;

— Experience in building communications through social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin) and attracting subscribers primarily due to the relevance of the content;

— High analytical and strategic skills.

— Deep knowledge in the field of PR, SERM

— Decisiveness and ability to work independently;

— Creativity in creating promotion strategies;

— Attentiveness, responsibility and perseverance in work;

— Positivity and openness;

— Ability to take responsibility for your work.

— Desire to grow to the position of Marketing Director.

— English upper-intermediate.

Will be plus:

— Experience or understanding of Affiliate Marketing.
