Requirements:

- Experience in the field of digital marketing, mandatory with an emphasis on mobile iOS applications;
—Experience with Web-to-app campaigns;
— Ability to conduct marketing campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, ASA, etc.);
—Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, MMP or similar);
—Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization;
—Strong analytical and research skills;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and use them to make decisions;
—Experience in creating and implementing customer engagement strategies.

— Development and implementation of growth strategies for mobile applications through various sources;
— Conducting A/B testing and implementing new marketing strategies;
— Coordination of marketing initiatives with the product team and external partners;
— Monitoring and analysis of success indicators of marketing campaigns and initiatives;
—Identification of new opportunities for scaling and growth;
—Preparation of reports and analytical reviews;
—Constant optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve CRI;
—Maintaining relationships with partners, mentors, and stakeholders.

— Experience working in cross-functional teams;
—Skills for working with SQL or other query languages;
—Knowledge of creative and market research tools;
— Ability to work in a fast-changing environment;
- The level of English from Intermediate and above.

— Work in a stable, developing company;
— Working hours: Mon-Fri (8-10 a.m. / 5-7 p.m.);
— Remote work or a comfortable office in the center of Dnipro, which has a shelter, equipped with Starlink and a generator for uninterrupted work;
