Your Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth goals.
- Find, test, and launch new marketing channels.
- Optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to different channels and campaigns to achieve the best ROI.
- Develop marketing materials (promotional materials, infographics, presentations, portfolios, etc.) for various channels from scratch.
- Proofread and edit different types of texts (blog posts, SMM posts, etc.) created by others.
- Perform planning and managing resources for SMM, SEO, and design efforts.
- Hiring and management of subcontractors (SMM, SEO, design, website content).
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop content and strategies, accelerating sales cycles and improving conversion rates.
- Analyze the performance of marketing efforts using data analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Report the results and insights to the CEO and C-level team.
- Plan and execute educational and marketing events (trainee programs, webinars, conference participation).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing manager role, preferably in the IT sphere.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, at least Upper-Intermediate level.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and efficient project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Good knowledge of copywriting principles.
- Experience in creating visual content.
- Experience in Google Analytics.
Will be a plus:
- SEO expertise.
- IT project management experience.
- Experience in expanding into the USA market.
- Experience in Power BI.
