We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager specializing in Black Hat PPC Campaigns to join our expanding marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC campaign management, particularly within the gaming industry, and possess advanced technical knowledge in cloaking and account management. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute sophisticated black hat strategies to drive traffic and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Expertise in PPC campaign management with a strong understanding of campaign setup, maintenance, landing page creation, content strategy, and keyword research.
• Advanced technical knowledge in cloaking and account management.
• Experience in the gaming industry.
• Familiarity with Google and Facebook technical marketing tools, including retargeting and Lookalike Audiences.
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage teams, including incident and on-call management.
• Experience with Agile team leadership.

• Special education or courses related to marketing or relevant fields are preferred.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)+

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage PPC campaigns on Google, including the development of landing pages, content creation, keyword research, and optimization.
• Design and implement Lookalike Audience campaigns on Facebook and Retargeting campaigns on Google.
• Develop and execute black hat strategies on Facebook, utilizing advanced techniques to bypass platform restrictions and enhance campaign outcomes.
• Implement and manage cloaking strategies across multiple accounts to optimize visibility and performance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting across marketing and technical operations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of campaign performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
