What it will be necessary to do: Participate in the development and implementation of long-term and short-term marketing plans of the Bank's activities. Analysis of the market of competitors, collection of information for the initiation of advertising campaigns from adjacent divisions. Coordinating with related departments on the holding of advertising events and promotions. Evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns and revenue: reporting and visualization of conclusions based on the results (graphs, presentations) Study the needs and expectations of customers, take part in the optimization of processes related to improving the customer experience Develop and implement effective tools for the development of loyalty programs and customer retention Work with a PPC specialist and SEO as a specialist: set technical specifications and monitor their implementation Participate in the development of POS materials, interact with contractors Manage internal and external communications, including cooperation with various departments and external agencies, document processing Perform additional tasks from the manager within the marketing department.
