Marketing manager in City Capital Group Development

Art-zavod Platforma is a creative cluster and event space in Kyiv. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead the marketing direction, build the system work of the team and ensure the growth of recognition and business indicators of the Platform.

Your tasks:

• Formation and implementation of the marketing strategy of the cluster and key events.
• Definition of marketing goals and KPIs (brand, traffic, attendance, sales, partnerships).
• Planning and management of the marketing budget.
• Development of the marketing team (in-house and contractors).
• Setting tasks and monitoring work with digital channels (SMM, targeting etc.).
• PR management: texts, work with the media and opinion leaders.
• Marketing effectiveness analysis and regular optimization for business goals.

We expect from you:

• Experience in marketing from 5 years, of which 2 years or more - in a leadership position.
• Experience building or scaling marketing teams.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work with numbers and metrics.
• Practical experience in managing marketing budgets.
• Understanding marketing as a system, not a set of tools.
• Willingness to work offline in locations and be involved in key events.
• English language - A2

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the field of events, culture, creative industries or development of spaces.
• Experience of working with large offline projects and mass events.
