Marketing manager in Pecham

Runga LLC is the official distributor of the Pecham brand in Ukraine.

Pecham is a brand of electrical devices for oral hygiene, founded in 2017, which is successfully developing in the e-commerce and distribution segment. We work with B2B partners, national trade networks and online platforms. Among our clients and partners: Rozetka, EVA, Comfy, Foxtrot, Allo, Epicenter.

About the role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy of the Pecham brand in Ukraine, the development of brand recognition and the coordination of all marketing activities in B2B and e-commerce directions. The role involves managing contractors and processes, rather than performing narrow digital tasks on your own. You will be the key point of coordination between business, e-commerce, sales and marketing teams of contractors.

MAIN FUNCTIONALITY:

• Formation and implementation of the company's marketing strategy;
• Development of Pecham brand recognition in the Ukrainian market;
• Marketing support in the B2B direction (distributors, trade networks, partners);
• Coordination of marketing support of e-commerce channels;
• Management of all marketing contractors (digital, SMM, performance, content, design);
• Setting tasks, control of deadlines and quality of execution;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities at the level of business results;
• Cooperation with sales teams and e-commerce.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience of 3 years or more in marketing (e-commerce, distribution, retail, FMCG — will be an advantage);
• Experience of building a marketing strategy;
• Understanding of digital tools (PPC, SMM, SEO, content) at the management level;
• Experience of working with contractors;
• Experience in working with brands and the development of recognition;
• Analytical abilities and the ability to think systematically and work with several directions in parallel;
• Independence, responsibility, result orientation.
