Purpose of the position

Effective use of offline marketing tools: advertising and souvenir products of brands, organization of events and seminars. Development of distributors as a channel for promoting the AHT brand and company products ("the distributor as an outsourced sales team").

Main tasks

• Ordering printing and souvenir products: coordination of quantities, budgeting, selection of suppliers, quality control, mailing.
• Creation of creatives for souvenir products (together with a designer).
• Providing branding of locations (flags, banners, stands, etc.).
• Organization of marketing events: exhibitions, seminars, field days, image events.
• Working with the CRM system (leading the direction of joint marketing with distributors).
• Welcoming partners: budget preparation, selection of gifts, orders, logistics.

• like to combine creativity and systematicity;
• have experience in souvenir products, events, printing;
• not afraid of multitasking and communication with contractors, distributors and the commercial team (about 40% of the time is communication).

• Has experience in souvenir/printing products and event organization.
• Interested in design, knows how to find creative ideas on Pinterest, Behance, etc.
• Initiative, offers solutions and improvements in his area of responsibility.
• Systematic, punctual and with "healthy perfectionism".
• Communicates competently - both in writing and orally.
• Has basic skills in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, can prepare a designer's TOR.

• Experience in agro or distribution company.
• Experience on the contractor side (souvenir products, printing, event agencies).
• Understanding the specifics of customers from the agricultural industry.
