Marketing manager in Numo Development

Also, the strategic partner of the company is the hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group, which has 10 years of hotel property management experience.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the development market in Ukraine

• Implementation of the marketing strategy of real estate projects

• Launch and support of new facilities

• Control of marketing activities and reporting

• Work with contractors (target specialists, designers, SMM, PPC, developers sites)

• Operational assistance Head of Marketing

What is important to know and be able to:

• Experience in marketing from 1 of the year

• Understanding of digital tools (target, analytics, marketing funnel)

• Copywriting skills

• Canva, Looker Studio, CRM, AI tools

• Professional courses preferred

• Ability to keep tasks "in hand" and not get lost in operations
