As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities across our product portfolio. You will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating leads. This role offers significant growth potential, with a direct reporting line to the CEO and the opportunity to advance to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) position.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics that align with the company’s goals and drive brand growth.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of content managers, designers, and contractors to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns. Setup processes and procedures to manage a network of contractors.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, particularly in the Turkey and Middle East markets.
• Content & Influencer Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of content across various channels, leveraging content funnels and influencer partnerships to maximize reach and engagement.
• Crypto & Creator Economy: Utilize your understanding of the crypto industry and creator economy to develop innovative marketing approaches that resonate with our target audience.

🙌 Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within product companies or marketing agencies.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading marketing teams, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.
• Crypto Knowledge: A strong understanding of cryptocurrency is a significant plus.
• Creativity & Innovation: A passion for marketing trends and the ability to apply creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Market Knowledge: Experience in the Turkey and Middle East markets is a plus.
