Marketing manager in BILA CERKVA, Industrialniy park

Industrial park "Bila Tserkva", which actively works in the field of professional industrial real estate development in the Kyiv region, is looking for a marketing manager to promote the organization's image and support key communication and marketing initiatives for the development of its own industrial parks. The factories of international companies (such as Uniliver and Peikko Group) and Ukrainian food, metalworking and logistics companies are located within our park in Bila Tserkva. Our industrial park is one of the flagships of Ukraine's industrial recovery and is looking for a motivated, result-oriented marketer.

Main responsibilities:

Implementation of marketing strategy:

• Development of marketing plans to attract new residents and investors of existing industrial parks;
• Development and management of PR campaigns to increase the recognition of the industrial park at the national level;
• Organization of marketing events (online and offline format) and other initiatives;
• Participation in the development of marketing materials during the current operational activities in the industrial park, receiving international grant support, communications with potential investors and clients from Ukraine and abroad.

Support of marketing activities and campaigns:

• Organization of events, participation in conferences, forums, other events aimed at attraction of potential customers of the industrial park;
• Interaction with mass media and media partners, creation and distribution of press releases, news and other information materials.

Creation of content:

• Development of advertising materials: texts, landing pages, presentations, video and graphic materials, preparation of materials for the company's participation in international exhibitions and forums, participation in the development of Concepts for new industrial parks;
• Maintenance of the company's social networks on LinkedIn and Youtube.
• Support and content of the official site of the industrial park www.ip-bt.com.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of marketing from 3 years;
• Ability to create and implement creative marketing materials and organize events;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Autonomy in the performance of official duties;
• Management skills negotiations, establishing contacts and expanding partnerships;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level (B1 and above, will be an advantage);
• Ability to work effectively in conditions of limited resources and make decisions quickly;
• A confident user of Power Point, Photoshop, Word toolspress. Desired experience in AutoCAD (will be an advantage).
