About the team:
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Timely marketing team consists of four departments:
- content (team leader, copywriter, content marketer and designer, agency that creates content for social networks)
- performance (SEO specialist, mail marketer, PPC specialist)
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">- product marketing department (2 marketers, and we are still looking for a person in this department)
- comm team (event, PR and production)
What is important for this role:
- understanding of the basic principles and tools of B2B marketing when working with IT products;
possess systems thinking, an analytical approach in forming hypotheses and evaluating work tasks;
- to be a good manager: proactive, able to build processes, select the best ideas and bring them to life, take responsibility;
- understand the peculiarities of the market, know the meaning of communications, be able to convey the essence of messages simply and clearly;
- understand customer segmentation approaches and the ability to work with ICP (ideal customer portrait) and CJM (customer journey map);
- understand internet marketing tools for attracting and retaining customers, be able to calculate their effectiveness;
- be a good communicator and team player: organize a working group, distribute tasks, take into account the opinion of all parties for a better solution.
Would be an advantage:
- flexibility, willingness to work in a regime of change, not being afraid to expand one's role, grow and develop, take on new responsibilities;
- the ability to independently evaluate work results, present your ideas;
- work experience in the field of B2B marketing or e-commerce.
Tasks:
- set up effective lead generation for the sales department using marketing channels and activities;
- communicate and shape the product's value proposition for different customer segments based on their needs;
- to check and test hypotheses in order to improve the product for the client;
- closely interact with the sales department, analysts, research team, designers and product marketer, seo specialist, content department, email marketer, PR, events;
- take responsibility for project results, decision-making and meeting deadlines;
- build communication according to tone of voice;
- implement marketing activities independently and with the help of a team;
- launch joint projects with partners;
- predict and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities;
- management of all digital marketing tools and channels of the project.
