• responsible for sales, traffic, conversion and promotions of the online store
• plan and conduct promotions of the online store.
• budget marketing activities and control costs< /li>
• create and manage promotions aimed at increasing sales and attracting customers
• manage all processes and contractors (from SEO to contextual advertising)
• manage external advertising agencies and partners .
• analyze and optimize advertising campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.)
• develop a comprehensive lead generation system (SEO, digital advertising, social networks).

We expect the following skills from you:

• work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
• deep understanding principles of e-commerce and the operation of online stores
• ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
• experience in planning and managing advertising campaign budgets
• skills in working with SEO tools and contextual advertising
• ability to effectively manage a team and interact with contractors
• creativity, initiative and the ability to generate new ideas for promotions and promotions
