Fondexx is a financial startup created to make investing and trading profitable for professional groups of active traders and investors from any country in the world. Focusing on the US stock market, the company works with traders and investors around the world, including Europe, South and North America and Asia. We provide 4 types of services and products: trading accounts, trading software, investment services and educational services.

• Build channels for international development
• Develop and implement ideas that will effectively attract new customers
• Manage processes and work with contractors on Google Ads, SMM, SEO and content creation
• Think big and test small steps: run constant cost-effective iterative tests to test your ideas
• Prepare and present reports, conclusions from experimental data and recommendations

Needed skills and requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a digital marketing manager for an online business
• good knowledge of the English language (B2+)
• understanding of paid social, CRO, CAC, CPA, user experience, email marketing and content marketing
• good visual taste and basic design skills (eg Figma)
• understanding of social network algorithms and performance indicators, experience in forming aaudiences on various platforms (Instagram, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, etc.) will be a plus
• good sense of humor!!! otherwise, it will be difficult

Working conditions:

• salary from $1,500, depending on experience
