Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing in Mirasvit

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to boost our marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for shaping our market entry strategy, enhancing our brand presence, and generating demand for our e-commerce products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to boost brand recognition, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

- Establish and monitor marketing KPIs, regularly assessing performance and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Lead a team of writers to produce high-quality content tailored to our target audience, including product descriptions, blog articles, and social media posts.

- Supervise freelancers to ensure their work meets our standards.

- Communicate with our customers and work closely with product teams to understand the features and advantages of our products, transforming these insights into compelling marketing messages.

- Implement effective search engine optimization practices to enhance organic search rankings, in collaboration with an SEO agency.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities

- Strong copywriting abilities and a talent for creating engaging content

- Ability to operate with urgency and adaptability in a dynamic environment

- Preferably, experience in the e-commerce industry

- Proficient analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Proficiency in English at a B1/B2 level or higher.
