Reface is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the new product team. For you, this means a huge amount of interesting work — working with product hypotheses from the very beginning of their formation to the stage of scale for millions of users, forming the value proposition of new products, testing the interest of users in a potential product, developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy. About us: Reface is a Ukrainian multi-product company. For more than 5 years, we have been building consumer products around AI for millions of users around the world. We currently have 7 AI-native products in our portfolio and 3 more in development. We believe that AI will change the world for the better. Or destroy humanity. Until this happens, we want to pull fed corporate cats' mustaches and replace mature industries with bold AI products. Unas is comfortable working for mad scientists and creative people. We research thoughtfully, test quickly, deliver quickly. We get high from this vibe. About you: • you have experience launching a new product as a marketer. A particularly interesting experience is working with mobile applications. Interest in the mental well-being topic is a strong plus • you look at marketing broadly. You understand how User Acquisition works, but for you it's just part of marketing. You are always thinking about new channels of attracting users, positioning, organic growth, creative approaches to communication, iterations with creatives and messages, influencer campaigns • you had experience in audience analysis (from desk researchers of the market and target, to interviews with potential users) and curiosity to dive into new niches and categories • you are a result-driven freak. You like to test hypotheses, you understand how to do it effectively and how exactly your hypotheses should answer key questions • you are very organized. You enjoy the possibility of managing a bunch of different tasks all at once and collaborating with a large number of stakeholders and colleagues • you have the ambition to be involved in the creation of a cool AI product. You are driven by the opportunity to develop a marketing strategy that results in the world-famous Tybudesh product: • work with product managers and our co-CEO on new product ideas • support all stages of product development from a marketing point of view: from idea generation and validation, to development and implementation into the life of the product's go-to-market strategy •carry out niche and competitor research •contribute to the development of product positioning and branding •form hypotheses about creatives and messages for advertising, conduct marketing tests, iterate a lot, collect metrics and draw conclusions •communicate with potential users in order to refine a product or marketing hypothesis. through the successful launch and test of the unit economy, to the stage of full scale of the product.
