Marketing Lead in our team will deal with the following tasks:
- Management of the marketing team (performance, affiliate, SEO); none">
Setting priorities and controlling the execution of tasks;
Optimizing the effectiveness of engagement channels;
Working with an affiliate direction;
Analyzing the funnel and finding growth points;
Launching new countries;
Interacting with other managers, as well as Product, Risk and Finance, etc.
The filter for this position will be:
5 years of experience managing a marketing team;
Strong experience in performance marketing;
Experience working with affiliate traffic;
Retention experience;
Understanding unit economics (CAC, CR, margin, traffic quality);
Experience in analytics and working with data;
Systematicity, responsibility, managerial maturity.
Would be an advantage:
Experience in fintech / MFI;
Experience in launching new products or directions.
How we interact with candidates:
1 stage: communication with the recruiter online (about 30 minutes);
2 stage: execution of the test task;
3rd stage: communication with your future manager online or in person (about 1 hour).
