Marketing influencer project manager (working with bloggers) in Burda-Ukrayina, Mediakompaniya

Burda Media Influencer agency ranks 5th in the ranking of influencer marketing agencies by IAB Ukraine. We cooperate simultaneously with bloggers and celebrities, with micro- and nano-influencers within the framework of Naprobu.ua word of mouth projects.

Our agency works with both local and international brands, implementing about 100 projects per year.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Influencer Marketing Project Manager (working with bloggers) to join our team, who is interested in working with bloggers and developing in the direction of influencer marketing.

It is important for us:

• Experience in the implementation of advertising / communication projects (PR / SMM / media / influencers);
• Good developed communication skills;
• Project management skills; 
• Ability to generate ideas for projects;
• Proactivity and initiative;
• Basic knowledge of the advertising and marketing market: CA, advertising communication, tools;
• li>Sincere curiosity and motivation to work with bloggers

The main tasks will be:

Development and implementation of commercial projects with influencers for various brands/products , namely:

• Formation of a selection of bloggers and the concept of their participation in projects;
• Communication with bloggers on prices/terms of cooperation; 
• Development of timings, briefs, TK for bloggers;
• Control of timely and high-quality performance of tasks; 
• Communication with clients (timing, content approval);
• Formation of a report based on campaign results;
• Formation and maintenance of a blogger base for long-term cooperation

  Will be a plus:

  • 1+ years of experience working with bloggers;
  • Knowledge of the English language;
  < li>Experience in creating fast UGC videos;
  • Desire to develop and “broaden the horizons” of professional skills.
