Reface is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer

Reface is a Ukrainian product company that creates mobile AI applications. Over 5 years, our products have been downloaded more than 250M times. Were No. 1 in the USA App Store, received Google Play`s Best App and attracted investment from Andreessen Horowitz.

Until this happens, we want AI innovations to get from scientific laboratories to the smartphones of millions of people as soon as possible.
We are comfortable working for both mad scientists and creative people. We research thoughtfully, test quickly, deliver quickly. We get high from it.

About you:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing design
• you have taste and make beautiful advertising visuals: typography, composition, collage and all that
• you can use your hands in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• you understand marketing metrics: CTR, install rate , etc. We believe in functional data-driven design. strong style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">• you know that cool design is not only about aesthetics, but also about efficiency.

It will be a plus, and maybe not one:
• knowledge of Motion Design and a desire to develop in this direction
•< /strong> experience with AI tools: Midjorney, ChatGPT, etc.
•experience with User Acquisition campaigns. p>

You will:
< strong style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">• create illustrations/static creatives for promoting products on social media
• create video creative templates for social media advertising
• create screenshots and other visuals for the App Storeand Google Play Store
• to analyze your work according to marketing metrics
• generate ideas and hypotheses for various marketing tasks.
