What ismore, you are always intouch with what happens around you soweexpect aproactive approach.What will you beresponsible forDesign ofmarketing materials (static images mainly) topromote Clario apps (iOS and Android) and our new mobile products onvarious platforms (not limited but primarily Facebook and Instagram);Cooperate with the marketing team (onadaily basis) todiscuss acquisition results, marketing and business metrics: bring new ideas, approaches, instruments tomeet team goals. You’ll beworking side byside with UAManagers, Creative Producers &PMM.Working with analytics tounderstand how your work impacts the products for continuous process improvement;You’ll beresponsible for setting your tasks for variations onsuccessful creatives after analytical meetings.RequirementsAtleast 1year ofexperience asaGraphic Designer orasimilar role: would beanadvantage ifyou’ve worked inamarketing department and/or understand how tocreate visual content that affects the target audience effectively.Knowledge ofgraphic design tools, such asFigma and Adobe CC.Understanding ofcolor theory, composition, lighting and UX.You understand what isperformance-based marketing (will beanadvantage ifyou’ve worked under that approach).Adata/business/result-driven mindset.High level ofself-organization and time management skills.Video editing experience— will beaplus but not required.What weoffer for your successVery warm and friendly working environment and flexible working schedule.20days off, and 12sick days paid bythe company per year.
