That is why we eagerly take on challenging tasks and put effort into delivering well-tested, reliable, and creative solutions.The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize our marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaigns, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Email Marketing to increase our brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.  Key Responsibilities:PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaigns:Plan and execute PPC campaigns on various platforms, including search engines and social media, prioritizing Google and FacebookContinuously analyze and refine campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates, while maintaining target CPAConduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and collaborate with designers on ad designs.Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.Perform regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking to enhance search engine visibility.Google Analytics:Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategies.Set up and maintain goals, funnels, and custom reports within Google Analytics.Email Marketing:Work with the team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns Create compelling email content, segment email lists, and perform A/B testing to optimize open and click-through rates.Monitor email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.Requirements:Experience managing Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns.Strong knowledge of PPC strategies and best practices.In-depth understanding of SEO techniques and tools.Proficiency in Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data effectively.Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailchimpExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.We offer:Empathy in all its manifestations — we accept, respect and appreciate everyone without exceptionFlexible work schedule: Mon-Fri, we come from 8 to 11 and work 8 hours, lunch time is optionalPaid vacation and sick leave (without certificates and bureaucracy)English language courses at the company’s expense (we have a full time English Tutor in our team)Most of the people in the company are Middle, Senior levelCorporate equipmentManagers are open to new ideas and opinionsWithout red tape: Is there a problem?
