Your responsibilities will include crafting marketing strategies, coordinating ad campaigns, managing social media, conducting market research, and creating compelling content.Responsibilities:Market analysis and identifying target audience needs.Creating product positioning from scratch: defining target segments, unique selling propositions, and crafting value propositions.Developing and executing marketing promotion strategies.Designing content strategy as part of the overall marketing plan.Content creation for various channels (website, Instagram, Facebook), collaborating with subcontractors (copywriters, designers, videographers, photographers).Daily management of social media presence.Launching advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Google (optional).Building and nurturing long-term client relationships (email marketing as an option).Managing website operations (content, SEO, communication with designers and web developers).Organizing online and offline events (webinars, seminars).Requirements:3+ years of marketing experience (B2C), preferably with services.Digital marketing experience: knowledge and practical experience in SEO, SMM, and PPC. Strong content marketing skills.Desire and ability to organize subcontractors (clear task definition, deadline and result quality control).Proficiency in the Ukrainian language, both grammatically and syntactically.
