At our company, we specialize in creating top-of-the-line chatbot solutions for some of the biggest enterprise companies in the world, such as Samsung Next, Honda, Choose Chicago, Mars, Virgin, and many more. In addition to our services, we also offer a SaaS product — a chatbot development platform.

Although 2023 posed its challenges, we’ve managed to persevere and continue to reach new heights. That’s why we’re currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Generalist to join our team and help us achieve even greater goals and results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a B2B IT company
• Advanced (C1) level of English proficiency
• Proven experience in SEO, link building, and CRO
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience in managing Google and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
• Experience in writing content for ads, CTAs, etc
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Management:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities
• Create and manage the implementation of content plans aligned with SEO strategies
• Manage and coordinate with our copywriter to achieve SEO KPIs
• Overview technical SEO audits on a basic level
• Track, measure, and report on the success of SEO initiatives

2. Link Building:

• Develop and execute link building strategies to improve our search engine ranking positions (SERP)
• Identify and collaborate with relevant partners and websites for backlink opportunities

3. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager:

• Ensure proper setup and functionality of Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Create insightful reports to track website performance
• Develop actionable recommendations to enhance website performance based on data analysis

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Track and analyze conversion rates on our website
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable strategies to optimize conversion rates
• Collaborate with sales team and implement strategies to support inbound pipeline success

5. Advertising Campaigns:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Report on the effectiveness of advertising efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
