Your team:

Your team consists of 8 experts in different areas, namely Digital Marketing, SMM, PR, Content and SEO. As part of your work, you will interact with technical, design and sales functions to ensure optimal and effective solutions.

You will have the opportunity to create marketing campaigns and manage them at all levels, propose ideas and implement your own initiatives in building relationships with our partners and key industry figures. You will work on a score-card with your lead to better understand business needs and update information.

Our marketing team uses sprints for better organization of working time and some rituals from Scrum, which allows us to build transparency in the processes between the team.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • launching marketing campaigns and monitoring their implementation from conception to effectiveness analysis (LinkedIn);
    • creating valuable and engaging target audience content for our website, sales channel, marketing campaign support;
    • li>building strategic relationships and cooperation with industry players, agencies and suppliers;
    • working in a team to formulate value propositions and offers for lead generation marketing campaigns;
    • measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, data analysis and evaluation of results in comparison with set goals.

    This is about you:

    • you have 2 - 3 years of B2B marketing communications experience gained while working at a technology company or agency with a technology focussector;
    • have experience working with LinkedIn paid advertising and launching marketing campaigns;
    • can work with CRM and marketing automation software;
    • experienced in working with Google Analytics;
    • have good writing skills and an analytical mindset, including a deep understanding of online marketing metrics;
    • demonstrate an inquisitive, results-oriented mindset that is based on data;< /li>
    • possess English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
    • able to work independently and in a team.

    Will be a plus :

    • the opportunity to work from our hub in Wroclaw, Lviv or Kyiv;
    • Experience in building and optimizing a marketing funnel;
    • Degree bachelor's degree in marketing or engineering-related fields.
