Convenient work schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00-19:00, Sat and Sun - days off. Who we are looking for: An experienced marketer with 3+ years of proven experience. Able to develop and implement a marketing strategy. He understands SEO, SMM, YouTube, site administration and the promotion of various advertising campaigns. If you have experience working with the USA and international markets - a great advantage over other candidates. He has experience in managing and developing a team of contractors from 2 male (or willing to learn). Responsible and proactive in work, knows how to work for results. You speak English at the B2-C1 level. Responsibilities: Development of a marketing strategy. Determination of the company's target audience. Regular monitoring and analysis of competitors. Formation and implementation of new sales funnels. Implementation of content strategy with or without contractors. Calculation of conversion, cost of lead and payback of advertising, budget planning. Control of the work of SMM/Targetologist and contractors. Analysis of key indicators of the effectiveness of digital strategy implementation and formation of a work plan for all channels and tools. Tracking of current social activities of customers, companies, reviews, text and video cases of customers. Organization of effective work with contractors. Implementation of an effective brand development strategy. Formation of the company's brand positioning in the Internet space, target audience, mission, values.
