POSITION: Marketing Document Management Administrator

FUNCTION: Marketing

LOCATION: Kyiv

Key responsibilities:

• Receiving documents, checking, processing and entering them into the database.
• Advising the field team on the correctness of filling out documents.
• Maintaining and checking data in the systems of the trade marketing department.
• Forming and maintaining a consolidated database.
• Working with budgets. 
• Preparation of documents and creation of purchase orders (PO) in accordance with budgets.
• Preparation and provision of information at the request of other departments.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education - higher (advantage in education in any area of business - economics, marketing and others).
• Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level.
• Attention, accuracy and discipline.
• Analytical skills, skills for working with databases.
• Speed in learning.
• Willingness to achieve results within specified deadlines.
• Confident PC user (SAP, Excel, Word).
• Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
