The Marketing Director will assist the Vice President of Sales- Golf in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our golf and activewear apparel lines. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all marketing channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage wholesale marketing strategies to effectively reach target markets.Design and produce marketing materials, including catalogs, print and digital ads, ensuring high-quality collateral design, copywriting, and coordination with printers.Lead project management for all marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.Oversee digital marketing and graphic design, including email design and execution on platforms like Mail Chimp.Coordinate the production of 2 bi-annual catalogs, acting as the point person for these projects, with a strong focus on attention to detail.Provide support to sales representatives for seasonal trade shows and events, ensuring that all necessary marketing materials are created and available.Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.Manage the marketing budget, focusing on cost-effective and impactful strategies.Design and produce images and text monthly for national print publication.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Extensive hands-on knowledge of wholesale marketing, print collateral design, and digital marketing.Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the apparel or retail industry.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and graphic design software.Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
