We make sure that our employees have access to the best educational resources, attend useful and interesting events, and constantly develop their professional and personal skills.A paid day off on your birthday (or in the week when you have a holiday), on September 1 if your child is under 17, two (2) days for your wedding and three (3) days for the loss of a relative of the first degree of kinship.We provide (of course) all the tools for work and a comfortable stay in the office, we work on Mac.What kind of tasks are waiting for you:Effective work with the marketing team.Development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.Development and launch of advertising campaigns.Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPI, LTV, ARPU, etc.), reporting and budget management.Analysis, customization, and optimization of user funnels.Planning and controlling the marketing budget,keeping records and reporting achieving KPIs and marketing goals.Collaboration with a multifunctional marketing and communications team to achieve common KPIs (project managers, editor-in-chief, SMM managers, designers, SEO specialists, targeting specialists).Implementation of the company's communication strategy.Coordination of e-commerce.We will succeed if You:Have 2+ years of successful experience as a CMO, Marketing Team Lead, Head of Marketing.Have excellent team management skills (from 7 people): hiring, performance management, motivation.Know how to convert marketing strategies into profit.Are able to effectively analyze and manage numbers, plan and control the marketing budget.Speak English at B2+ level (it's a must!)Are confident in using Notion, Google Sheets, Docs, Meets, Zoom, Google Analytics, Google Presentation/Keynote, Figma, Facebook ADS.Have a developed sense of taste in content and creating a high-quality product and marketing.We all know what a fuckup is, but it's important for us to take responsibility for the results of our work and the lack thereof.It will be a big plus:Work experience in a marketing agency.Experience in the European and American markets.If you feel that we might be a good fit, apply for the position!Our recruiting process is transparent and clear:first, we thank you for your feedback.
