"Marketing Director"

Areas of responsibility:
- Management of the team (20 people in the Central Office) and decorators at the trading platforms in Ukraine (20 people)
- Market introduction of new TMs
- Sales development
- Rebranding and restyling of stores
- Drafting of strategic and tactical plans
- Planning of marketing programs (research, brand development, product promotion, external and internal PR, etc.), marketing and advertising budget planning
- Organization, control of advertising projects regarding the design of trading platforms, launch of own productions, other projects related to the promotion of networks
- Control of the marketing budget
- Monitoring, analysis of the success of the events and implemented projects
- Development and implementation of mobile applications, website development
Requirements
- Higher education li>
- 5 years of work experience in the field of marketing; in a managerial position from 3 years
- Knowledge of the basic methods of marketing and PR communications
- Knowledge of the specifics of retail (product retail, as an advantage)
