Functional duties: Development and implementation of the Company's marketing policy and strategy; , missions; Participation in the development of the company's product strategy; Coordination of the communication strategy across online and offline channels; Organization of communication activity for the brand (ATL, BTL, PR, Digital, SMM); Formation of a set of metrics for marketing management; Coordination of trade-marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales; Project management of implementation of strategic plans in the field of marketing; Monitoring and analysis of the competitive environment; Organization of effective work with contractors: Web/UIX designers; Web developers; Targetologists; SEO specialists; Email/Viber-marketing specialists; Requirements for applicants: Higher education (medical/pharmaceutical, marketing, economics, management); Work experience in a similar position of 5 years or more (pharmaceutical market is a must, FMCG will be a plus); Initiative and independence; Deep competencies and extensive personal experience in the development of a brand development strategy; The presence of personal achievements in the development of specific brands; Experience in managing marketing budgets; Experience in interaction with external contractors and agencies; Experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy, marketing activity plan, marketing budget; Experience in conducting research markets of various directions, comparative analysis of products; Knowledge of the basics of classic marketing and management; Analytical mindset and high organization.
