Monivate, a project within Growity Tech, is an investment education service helping individuals navigate the world of finances and stock trading. We provide valuable insights to enhance financial literacy and well-being.

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Creative Manager for Monivate. You will develop and manage the creative process for various ad channels and social media platforms, combining creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive successful campaigns and achieve business goals.

What’s required :

• 2+ years of experience in motion and graphic design.
• Strong visual design skills, demonstrated by a diverse portfolio of your work.
• Proficiency in creating user acquisition (marketing) creatives.
• Expertise in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, with familiarity in Figma.
• Experience using AI tools for creative projects (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.).
• A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for creativity.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.

What you’ll do :

• Design and produce engaging graphics and videos for promotion across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Create visual content for social media pages, including images and videos.
• Participate in brainstorming and developing ideas for marketing initiatives, collaborating with the Creative Manager, UA Managers, SMM specialists, and Product Manager.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Take responsibility for setting and managing your tasks during creative sprints.

Will be plus:

• Experience working in the IT industry (photo&video, health&fitnes, utilities, education, etc.).
• Experience working with functional, data-driven design.
