We invite you to join the team in the role of Marketing Designer, who will help Uptech create creatives for advertising campaigns and collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to develop the employer brand and work on Uptech's internal initiatives. Required skills: 2+ years of commercial experience in Marketing Design; Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); Understanding the principles of design, typography, color theory and composition, ability to create creative designs in various styles; Possession of illustration skills; Work experience of registration of posts for social. networks; Experience with After Effects or any other tools for animation and video editing; Excellent communication skills and collaboration with other team members; Experience working on several projects/tasks at the same time and strict adherence to deadlines; Intermediate English level (written and spoken). It will be an advantage: Experience in creating merch (from the concept to the implementation of the design); Photo/video shooting skills; Experience in web and mobile UX/UI design; Understanding of HTML/CSS (as well as an understanding of what is possible to implement on the web, aschoni); Experience with Webflow. Your tasks: Develop creative and visually attractive creatives for various marketing campaigns (web banners, graphics for social networks, landing pages, templates, printed materials, infographics, etc.); Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and designs that match the company's style and positioning; Development and design of visual materials for the website and social networks; Creation of video editing and other multimedia content to support marketing and employer-brand initiatives; Creation of illustrations of other graphic materials for interfaces; To be aware of the design trends of tasoft.
