Marketing Designer in JatApp

We are JatApp, an IT company with Ukrainian roots, and we create products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 18 different applications in the Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity and Education niches. And more to come :)

We are currently looking for a Marketing Designer who will create visuals for product promotion in the AI and niches >Utilities.

Key tasks:

• Development of static images for promoting products on various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
• Generating ideas with the team to improve visual messaging on creatives
• Retrospective analysis of marketing creatives based on advertising performance
• Analysis of competitor and social media advertising
• Testing new tools, visual libraries, creating project templates to improve work efficiency
• Creating updated versions of working advertising creatives for product promotion
• Selection and development of visual screenshots and CPP (Custom Product Pages) in the AppStore and Google Play at the request of ASO managers
• Design of application icons
• Preparation of ideas and hypotheses for A/B tests together with the team

• Minimum of 6 months of work experience in the field of marketing (Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer etc.)
• High level proficiency in Figma
• Deep understanding of composition, typography, color theory, UI/UX design
• Basic knowledge of marketing design - ability to create visual content that effectively communicates marketing message to target audience
• Creative and non-standard thinking
• Experience with AI tools (static generation)
• Flexibility and openness to new things, monitoring trends and searching for new approaches
• Attention to details, high level of self-organization and time management
