Area of ​​responsibility: Create structured and attractive presentations in Power Point, Google slides and Figma (both new presentations and templates); Preparation of visualization for printed, souvenir products. If possible, layout and preparation of models of printing products for printing; Entering information into product catalogs. Full and as careful proofreading, writing a brief on the informational/visual content of advertising products (postcards, booklets, catalogs, etc.); Placement and control of orders for the production of polygraphic, souvenir and other promotional products of the company; Conducting tenders with suppliers of branded products: contracts, invoices, acts - closing all points; Maintaining the constant availability in the office of everything necessary for the sales department - catalogs, souvenir products, etc.; Preparing the company for participation in exhibitions: ordering all necessary materials for the exhibition stand ( POS materials, souvenir products, product samples, stands, promotional materials, etc.); Organization of product shooting (photo and video content).
