"Bayadera Logistics" ELIT company is an importer and distributor of elite alcoholic beverages, is the exclusive representative in Ukraine of Diageo, Moet-Hennesy, Jagermeister, represents alcoholic beverages Captain Morgan, Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Glenmorangie, Moёt & Chandon, Cointreau, Metaxa and many others others, is looking for a marketing assistant for the marketing team. Key duties of the position: Issuance of business trips for employees (reservation of hotels, tickets, issuance of orders for business trips). Receiving invoices and other documents related to activities in the field of marketing and checking them for compliance with Company procedures and legal department requirements. Support of regular reports of the department; work with source documentation. Preparation and verification of contracts and other documents necessary for conducting and participating in events in the field of marketing. Requirements for the candidate: Experience in the field of administration and providing support to the department. Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian — fluent; English — Intermediate. Good computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
