IN KRKA UKRAINE:
- Official employment and working conditions according to KZpP (official salary, paid vacation of 28 calendar days, payment of sick leaves in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine).

WHAT WILL BE DONE?
- Organization and accounting of document flow (contracts, additional appendices, invoices, acts of work performed, keeping registers, etc.), interaction with counterparties and employees of marketing.
- Preparation of information according to the requests of marketing employees.
- Participation in the preparation of marketing activities (planning for coordination of logistics and provision of lecturers: tickets, transfers, hotels, meals, etc.).
- Participation in planning, coordination and compilation of internal reporting on marketing activities according to company standards.
- Conducting reconciliations with counterparties, timely submission primary documentation to the financial department (accounts, acts, information, keeping registers).
- Maintenance of electronic document flow in Vchasno (uploading/unloading of contracts, applications, invoices, acts of completed work, etc.).
- Organization and control of training programs for employees.
OUR TEAM NEEDS A COLLEAGUE WHO HAS:
- High skills in Excel
- Skills in PowerPoint (correction of slides, updating data)
- Punctuality and attentiveness
- A sufficient level of communication to work in to the team
- Higher education
- Work experience from 1 year with a similar function.
