About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Creative Manager from mobile gaming industry to drive growth to our casual games.

As Marketing Creative Manager, you will do more and more creativity iterations to hit the ROI goals.

You will have a direct impact on the success of our games and apps.

Areas of responsibility:

• Creating a long-term marketing creatives strategy;
• Monitoring and analysis of competitors’ creatives;
• Development of ideas marketing creatives;
• Writing briefs;
• Implementing of creatives with the team;
• Communication with competitors/partners;
• Supervising the production of creatives, providing feedback during production;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of creatives in the purchase;
• Conducting creatives’ retrospectives;
• Conducting retrospectives on the purchase of traffic for creatives by networks;
• Analyzing creatives’ data in Tableau.

Your skills and experience, we might be interested in:

• Experience as Marketing Creative Producer in gamedev — is a must;
• Intermediate+ English.
