Content creators with agency experience who can write on a variety of topics. If you can create inspirational and sales content, think holistically/strategically and can do research - this position is for you! We are looking for a person who will fit into the character of our company: mutual respect, an open mind, inclusiveness, and at the same time responsibility and independence are very important to us.

- Salary in the range of PLN 5,000-7,000 net("in-hand", i.e. after deducting all taxes regardless of the type of employment) depending on your experience and skills,

What does the recruitment process look like?

- We will invite candidates who are interested in us to the next stage - a short video call.
- Selected people will meet with our Art Directorca, with whom they will directly cooperate.
- The last stage is a short conversation with the CEO and feedback.

What do we expect?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an agency supported by a solid portfolio of various texts - please include them in your application. Note: applications without a portfolio will not be considered,
- excellent knowledge of the Polish language,
- creative, holistic, non-reproductive, strategic thinking (understanding the broader context),
- combining facts and knowledge of various stages of the sales funnel and adapting the created content to them,
- finding your way in both longer and very short forms and being aware of how these forms differ from each other,
- accuracy and diligence in tracking missing dots, typos and commas,
- ability to actually translate the client's TOV and strategy into created content,
- very high independence and sense of responsibility for the prepared content - we do not like micromanagement and we are looking for people who do not need it,
- ability to work on strategic insights,
- ability and willingness to work in a really dynamic environment where you need to act efficiently and juggle priorities in consultation with the client and the team,
- ability to communicate openly with the team,
- wise use of AI solutions (e.g. ChatGPT, or Claude),
- knowledge of current marketing trends,
- willingness to work and develop - if you don't know something, it's okay! We are happy to help and share knowledge,
- English language skills at least B2 level.
What will be an advantage?
- Ability to work in Figma and Adobe XD,
- ability to use basic WordPress,
- ability to work with tools that optimize team work such as Asana, Notion, Trello,
- ability to work in sprints and agile methodology,
- knowledge of writing in accordance with SEO principles.
