Requirements: ● Atleast 1year ofproven work experience asaContent manager intheIT field. ● Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills. ● B2-C1 English level. ● Confident knowledge ofSEO. ● Previous experience with CMS systems. ● Experience with Google Analytics 4and Google Search Console. ● Experience incontent promotion and distribution. ● Experience inusing content toacquire, retain, and engage customers. ● Ability tocollaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams. ● Good organizational and time-management skills. ● Strong attention todetails. Responsibilities: ● Develop adata-driven content strategy that supports short-term and long-term marketing targets, including website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness. ● Manage the entire content creation process: a) Craft clear content briefs for writers and technical tasks for designers and developers. b) Conduct interviews and fact-checking sessions with internal subject-matter experts (SMEs). c) Manage communication and collaboration with writers and aproofreader. ● Create engaging content invarious formats (service pages, case studies, white papers, infographics, etc.). ● Publish content through aCMS (blogs, landing pages, case studies). ● Cooperate with the sales team todevelop sales enablement content. ● Research global annual offline tech events toparticipatein. ● Assist inwebinar organization: develop content for these events and collaborate with presenters toensure smooth delivery. ● Optimize content for search engines byimplementing SEO technical guidelines from our SEO team. ● Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics (using tools like GA4 and Clarity) togain valuable insights and inform future content strategy decisions. ● Ensure publication ofcontent onexternal channels like AWS APN blog. ● Continuously research industry trends and marketing approaches togenerate innovative content ideas that drive engagement and results.
