Marketing communications manager in Recruiting Support

A company specializing in the development, construction and production of electronics for radio communication systems is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager Area of ​​responsibility: - Planning and conducting marketing campaigns in the mass media; Development and implementation of a marketing communications strategy; - Creation of photo, video content, as well as creatives advertising campaigns of the RigExpert brand, as well as the preparation of advertising materials; - Implementation of the SMM strategy; - Maintenance of official accounts of the brand in social networks: YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram; - Organization of e-mail newsletters; - Administration of the WEB site and publication of information on the website; - Work with bloggers and influencers; - Development of advertising campaigns and placement of advertisements in communication channels (online platforms, catalogs, specialized mass media); - Organization of marketing events (exhibitions, contests, promotions, etc.); - Development and implementation PR-strategies-Preparation and placement of publications in mass media;-Budgeting of advertising and PR-activities;-Informative/advertising coverage of company events and activities (forums, webinars, press conferences, etc.) and analytical products of the company. The marketing communications manager can develop graphic content both independently and act as a producer, when the physical work of creating graphic content is entrusted to outsourcers. Main responsibilities: - Preparation and implementation of marketing communication plans (per month, quarter); - Work with external contractors (designers, photographers, videographers, etc.) to create content, document support (contracts, invoices, acts); of the company's products; - Control over the correct placement of the company's announcements on partner resources and in specialized media; - Communication with graphic designers to order advertising layouts/materials; - Development and implementation of communication projects; - Development and implementation of special projects in various communication channels; - Work with budget formation and media planning; - Information gathering and preparation of various content formats; - Organization of corporate, public and PR events; - Monitoring, measurement, analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns and projects and preparation of reports; - Anti-crisis communications. Requirements: - Experience in development and implementation communication strategy and advertising and PR campaigns;-Experience of successful interaction with mass media, journalists, bloggers (Western markets: USA, Europe);-Good copywriting skills, ability to write easy and understandable texts of various genres;-Experience of working in a similar position from 2 years (preferably with technology and electronics brand promotion); -Experience in international PR and advertising (USA, Europe) is an advantage; -Basic skills of working in graphic editors to create simple visual materials; -English - Not lower than B2.
