We are looking for a hard-working, committed person for a leadership position, with strong managerial competences and a dynamic and specific personality, who will manage the marketing department and build a professional image of the company and its products in the IT / Datacenters industry. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation and implementation of an effective and time- and budget-efficient marketing strategy. Effective implementation of planned promotional activities, including the promotion of the DCX brand and the offered products and product lines. Digital activities (SEO/SEM, creating and publishing attractive and quality content, generating leads) Organizing events (trainings, webinars, presentations, events) online and on various continents Building, developing, motivating and managing a marketing team Effective planning and delegating tasks for team and monitoring marketing activities Conducting PR activities, including increasing brand and product awareness Building and maintaining positive relationships with the media, influencers and key people in the Datacenter sector Monitoring, reporting results, analyzing and developing activities based on the obtained indicators Operating analytical tools and acquisition tools B2B leads (HubSpot), marketing automation and remarketing using your favorite tools or AI. Marketing budget management by selecting the most effective activities in terms of scope, effects and costs. Representing the company and ensuring the consistency of external communication. Support for employer branding activities ✅ OUR REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience as a specialist, expert or marketing manager Strong leadership skills, ability to manage a team and projects. Energy, work dynamics, initiative and commitment Positive personality and team-motivating attitude Commitment, high goal orientation and task implementation Ability to effectively organize one's own work and that of the team Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral Experience in building effective relationships with the media and implementing successful campaigns marketing / PR Ability to coordinate the activities of many cooperating entities. Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and/or other foreign languages. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time. Practical knowledge of tools for monitoring, assessing and settling marketing campaigns. Experiencein website optimization (SEO), knowledge of SEO / SEM tools, Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Proficient knowledge of content creation tools and team work organization.
