In connection with the expansion of the team, we are inviting a Marketing Communications Manager.

Your key tasks:

• Development and implementation of a brand promotion strategy in social networks.

• Organization and coordination of the company's participation in profile agricultural events and exhibitions.

• Preparation of marketing materials for regional managers and events (presentations, printed and digital materials).

• Interaction with the media and partners for effective participation in events.

• Analysis of the effectiveness of content and offline activities, preparation of reports.

• Transformation of events into a channel for lead generation and engagement new clients.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• SMM: understanding of social network algorithms and the ability to develop content plans.

• Analytics: skills in working with Google Sheets / Excel to collect and analyze data.

• PR and communications: experience interacting with the media and partners.

• Event marketing: experience in organizing and participating in specialized events.

• Lead generation: understanding how to use events as a tool for sales and client base development.

• Understanding the principles of the marketing funnel and the behavior of the target audience.
