We expect you to have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in creating and editing content: posts, cases, news, communications, corporate materials, simple visuals
• Ability to structure large amounts of information into clear and attractive stories
• Ability to work with content plan, SMM calendar, publication planning
• Experience in coordinating teams: setting tasks, organizing meetings, collecting updates
• Basic understanding of the digital ecosystem: SEO, PPC, Analytics, Performance Marketing
• Basic skills in Canva, Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, PowerPoint to create visual slides, simple
• Basic understanding of brand communication, work with visual style and tone of voice

What you will do in this position:

• Prepare and submit cases for competitions (Effie, MIXX, Make it Awards, ADC, etc.): keep a calendar, collect materials together with the team, form a timeline, finalize the appearance of cases for submission
• Monitor marketing events, awards, publication and partnership opportunities
• Manage corporate social networks: create posts, news, announcements, and coordinate designer/copywriter to prepare materials
• Maintain team culture: organize internal team initiatives, team events, celebrations, etc.
• Manage internal communication channels (chat, newsletters, monthly digest, etc.)
• Work on development new formats and initiatives for the development of the agency's brand
