VACANCY: MARKETING & BUSINESS ANALYST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage local marketing and ad-hoc projects, working with HQ and cross-functional teams for smooth implementation projects.
• Coordination of projects aimed at maintaining the loyalty of partners. 
• Analysis of local market needs and detailed analysis of various categories.
• Analysis, search for opportunities for growth, increase of user base.
• Creation, development and improvement of marketing reports .
• Active use of SQL in your work and work on the Looker Studio platform.
• Active collaboration with your colleagues (both local and headquarters teams). 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, market research and/or category reporting and user behavior.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis tools.
• Confident SQL user - a must have.
• Knowledge of Python will be an advantage.
• Experience with one of the platforms such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Amplitude.
• Proficiency in English - B2-C1 (must have).

• Professional user with Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint is a must. 
• Developed communication and presentation skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable ideas.
• Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from idea and analysis to implementation).
• Readiness and desire for professional and career growth.
• Location of the candidate - Ukraine, preferably Kyiv.
