Marketing bonus manager in Talent Hunters Hub

We are looking for a responsible and proactive specialist for the position of bonus manager. You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team that works together on the development and implementation of bonus strategies. Functional responsibilities: Management of the bonus system by projects; Development and implementation of new bonus offers; Processing and responding to inquiries received through support chat; Ensuring literacy of oral and written communication with project partners and other departments. Expectations from the candidate: Accuracy and attention to detail; Willingness to learn and absorb new information quickly; Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once; Previous experience with databases would be an advantage; Experience with Trello, Jira, CRM, CMS, Excel would be a strong advantage.
