Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our innovative approach to marketing and customer engagement, as we continuously strive to enhance our services and expand our reach.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and spearhead the development and optimization of automation funnels focus on leveraging email marketing, pop-ups, SMS, WhatsApp, and other automation tools, the Marketing Automation Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, sales, and customer retention efforts.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and optimize automation funnels to streamline customer journeys and enhance user experience.Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.Utilize pop-ups, SMS, WhatsApp, and other automation tools to engage with prospects and customers across various touch-points.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, retention, and creative, to align automation strategies with business objectives.Analyse data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize conversion rates.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, and implement innovative solutions to drive growth.Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and techniques.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in marketing automation, preferably in a B2C company with a sales call center but not a must.Expertise in designing and optimizing automation funnels, with a focus on lead generation and customer retention.konwledge of email marketing platforms (Bloomreach an advantage)Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Experience working in the immigration or visa consultancy industry is a plus.Company Culture:At our company, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
